1. Nature of Service and Acceptance of Terms

IMPORTANT: THIS IS A PRIVILEGE, NOT A RIGHT

Access to the Trading AI VIP Telegram group is an EXCLUSIVE PRIVILEGE, NOT an acquired right. It is a FREE service that we offer at our discretion.

Access is NOT guaranteed, even if you meet the trading volume requirements. We reserve the right to deny or revoke access to anyone, at any time, for any reason, without prior justification.

By registering and accessing the Trading AI VIP Telegram group (hereinafter, "the Service"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any of these terms, you will not be able to access or use the Service.

Access Conditions:

• Access is conditional on trading volume on Bitunix
• Access can be revoked at any time, with or without prior notice
• Meeting volume requirements does NOT guarantee access
• We may deny access if we consider the user does not add value to the group
• It is a free service that we can suspend without any compensation

2. Access Requirements and VIP Levels

Access to the VIP group is conditional on accumulated trading volume on Bitunix. The access levels are:

2.1. Retention Requirement

To maintain access to the VIP group, it is mandatory to maintain a minimum volume of $500 USD on the Bitunix platform. If the volume falls below this threshold, access will be automatically revoked.

2.2. Automatic Verification

The system automatically verifies trading volume periodically. Users who do not meet the minimum requirements will be automatically removed from the group.

3. Registration and Account Linking

3.1. Required Information

To register for the service, you must provide:

• Telegram Username: Must be valid and comply with Telegram's established format.
• Bitunix UID: Your unique identifier on the Bitunix platform as a referred affiliate.

3.2. Affiliation Validation

The system automatically validates that:

• The provided UID corresponds to a valid affiliated user on Bitunix
• The user is not sanctioned or blocked
• The trading volume meets the minimum requirements

3.3. Anti-Abuse Protection

SECURITY: For security reasons, the system implements protections against excessive registration attempts. If suspicious activity is detected, your IP may be temporarily blocked.

4. Sanctions and Expulsion System

IMPORTANT: Two Types of Penalties

1. Temporary Sanction (30 days): Applied ONLY for insufficient trading volume.

2. Permanent Expulsion: Applied for any reason at our discretion, without need for justification.

4.1. Temporary Sanction (30 Days) - Only for Insufficient Volume

If your trading volume falls below the minimum required ($500 USD), an automatic 30-day sanction will be applied.

• During this period, access will be completely blocked
• You cannot access the group even if you recover the volume
• After 30 days, if you meet the volume, you can request reactivation
• The sanction is automatic and does not require prior notification

4.2. Permanent Expulsion - At Administrator's Discretion

We may expel you PERMANENTLY for any reason we deem appropriate, including but not limited to:

• Lack of value or contribution to the group (according to our exclusive criteria)
• Violation of group rules or these terms
• Inappropriate, disrespectful, or abusive behavior
• Attempt to manipulate the system or fraud
• Use of false or fraudulent information
• Unauthorized redistribution of exclusive content
• Any activity we consider harmful to the group
• Any other reason, without need for explanation or justification

Permanent expulsions are final and irreversible. No appeals or reactivation requests will be accepted.

4.3. Sanction Application Process

Sanctions and expulsions are applied by the system administrator:

• Prior notification is NOT required
• Justification or explanation is NOT required
• The affected user will be automatically removed from the Telegram group
• Administrator decisions are final and non-appealable
• No compensation or refund is offered (the service is free)

5. Telegram Group Rules

5.1. Read-Only Group

IMPORTANT: The VIP Telegram group is a read-only channel. Members CANNOT send messages, share content, or interact in the chat. The group is designed exclusively to receive signals, analysis, and educational content from the administrator.

5.2. Prohibitions

It is strictly prohibited to:

• Attempt to send messages or content in the group
• Share or redistribute group content outside of it
• Capture and distribute screenshots of exclusive content without authorization
• Reveal internal information or strategies shared in the group
• Use the group for any unauthorized commercial purpose

6. Reserved Rights and Service Modifications

ABSOLUTE ADMINISTRATOR RIGHTS

As this is a FREE service and a PRIVILEGE, we reserve absolute and discretionary rights over all aspects of the service, including but not limited to:

We reserve the right to:

• Deny or revoke access to anyone, at any time, for any reason or no reason at all.
• Permanently expel users without need for justification, prior warning, or right to appeal.
• Deny access even if you meet volume requirements, if we consider you don't add value to the group.
• Modify, suspend, or cancel any benefit or access to the VIP group at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Change volume requirements for each VIP level according to our exclusive criteria, without prior notice.
• Modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately after publication.
• Suspend or terminate the complete service without prior notice, justification, or any compensation.
• Change group rules at any time without need to notify members.

Important reminder:

This is a 100% FREE service. You don't pay to access the VIP group. Therefore, you have no right to claim compensation, refund, or guarantees of any kind. Access is a privilege that we grant at our exclusive discretion.

7. Disclaimer - Investments and Risks

7.1. NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE

The content shared in the VIP group (including signals, analysis, strategies, and opinions) is exclusively for educational and informational purposes. It does NOT constitute financial, investment, or personalized recommendations.

7.2. RISK OF TOTAL LOSS

Access to the VIP Telegram group is completely free. No fee, subscription, or payment of any kind is charged for accessing the group or the shared content.

Legal consequences of the free nature:

• There is no contractual relationship for paid services
• There is no obligation of performance, availability, or service quality
• There is no right to refund, compensation, or indemnification of any kind
• There are no implicit or explicit guarantees about the service
• The service is provided "AS-IS" without warranties of any kind

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trading AI VIP, its administrators, affiliates, and associates will NOT be liable for:

• Financial losses of any kind arising from the use of VIP group content
• Direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to the Service
• Loss of profits, income, data, or use related to trading operations
• Errors or inaccuracies in shared content
• Service interruptions, platform outages, or technical problems
• Revocation or denial of access, regardless of compliance with requirements
• Expulsions or sanctions applied according to these terms
• Actions or omissions of third parties, including Bitunix, Telegram, or any exchange
• Regulatory changes, prohibitions, or restrictions affecting cryptocurrency trading
• Any damage arising from use or inability to use the service

You agree that use of the Service is entirely at your own risk and responsibility.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

10.1. Data Collected

The system collects and stores the following information:

• Telegram Username
• Bitunix UID
• Accumulated trading volume
• Assigned VIP level
• Access and verification history
• Connection information (for security purposes)

10.2. Use of Data

The collected data is used exclusively to:

• Verify compliance with access requirements
• Automatically manage VIP levels
• Apply sanctions when necessary
• Prevent fraud and system abuse
• Improve service security and functionality

10.3. Data Protection

We implement technical and organizational security measures to protect your data.

10.4. Sharing Data with Third Parties

Your data will NOT be sold or shared with third parties, except when strictly necessary for the operation of the service (example: UID verification with Bitunix API).

11. Intellectual Property

Is the exclusive property of Trading AI VIP and is protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of the content without express written authorization is strictly prohibited.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15. Acceptance and Consent

By registering for the service and accessing the VIP Telegram group, you declare and warrant that:

ABOUT SANCTIONS AND EXPULSIONS:

• You accept the automatic 30-day sanction for insufficient volume
• You accept the possibility of permanent expulsion without prior notice or justification
• You accept that administrator decisions are final and non-appealable
• You accept that prior notification is not required for sanctions or expulsions

ABOUT DATA AND LIABILITY:

• You are over 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
• The information provided during registration is true, accurate, and complete
• You will not redistribute exclusive group content without authorization

ABOUT INVESTMENT RISKS:

• You understand the extremely high risks associated with cryptocurrency trading
• You accept that the content is educational and does NOT constitute personalized financial advice
• You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions

16. Modifications to Terms
